1）包裹只限寄往首都“Minsk - MSQ”，如遇到收件人地址不详或者拒收的情况，当地没有自提服务，快件会即时被退回发件地，如产生退件费由发件人承担，所以请寄件人在发货前确保收件人资料是完整正确。

DHL not accept the package import except "Minsk-MSQ".If the receiver  address was not correct or rejection,the package will be returned to  orgin and you can't pick up by yourself from the local office.The sender will be charged.So please ensure that recipient information is complete and accurate.
  
2）如货物重量及尺寸超出以下限制，将不接受中转： 
If the goods exceed the following weight and size restrictions will not accept the transfer:

尺寸：长≤120CM,高≤80CM，宽≤80CM 
重量：单票≤250KG，单件≤50KG。
如收件地址较为偏远，当地会转交第三方代理派件，此类货件单票不能超过30KG。

size: length ≤ 120CM, high ≤ 80CM, Width≤ 80CM
Weight: single vote ≤ 250KG, single ≤ 50KG.
If the address is remote area, the local agency will hand over to third party to delivery, such shipments single vote can not exceed 30KG.
