接香港DHL通知，自2011年1月13日起厄瓜多尔海关对进口包裹实行新的入口规例，随货清关发票必须是正本商业发票，不接受使用形式发票或DHL商业发票，否则当地海关对货物实行百分百查验或有可能被查扣 ，如随货发票不正确会造成货物至少清关延期8天，并处于罚款（10％CIF）；如货物随货资料有误，当地会处于每票货物罚款USD130，请发货人确保随货资料正确，否则产生一切费用由发货人承担。

DHL informed,The package sent to Ecuador, the local customs require the the original commercial invoice for clearance , do not accept the proforma invoices.Otherwise the local customs will inspect the goods 100%.If the invoice was incorrect,it would caused the goods  clearance delay at least eight days, and will be produced penalty (10% CIF).If the  information of goods is incorrect,USD130/vote penalty will be charged to shipper.So please ensure that recipient information is complete and accurate.

商业发票必须具备以下信息：发货人商标、商业发票号码、发票日期、发货人及收件人的详细信息（姓名，地址等）、生产国与品牌、每项货物的详细描述或商品编码、货件内容、数量、FOB价值、重量   和型号（Model）

Comm Inv must include Shpr's Logo,C/I Number,date of issue, full shpr    & cnee's info (name,address), MFG country & brand, full   description of prods per item and or harmonized  codes,contents,qty,FOB value, weight,and model.
