接香港DHL通知，所有寄往澳大利亚的货件（文件及包裹）均强制要求必须提供以下详细信息，如有任何一项信息不全，都将不被接受，货件将因此而造成清关或派送延误，且可能被自动退回或处于罚款，产生一切费用由发货人承担。

DHL informed:The package send to Australia(D&W)must to compulsory provide the following detail.If there is any package's information incomplete, it will not be accepted.As it the package will clearance delay or delivery delay,and may be returned to origin or produce penalty.All the fee produced will charge to shipper.

1、 完整的发货人的名称（公司名称或个人的全名称）；
Full shippers's information(company name/personal name)

2、 完整的收件人的姓名（公司名称或个人的全名称）；
Full consignee's information(company name/personal name)

3、 准确、完整及详细的货物内容的描述；
