2011-2-11接香港敦豪通知，尼泊尔海关已加强了对个人货物进口的管制：尼泊尔公民个人货物入口尼泊尔或旅行携带回尼泊尔的货物，收货人将要亲自前往海关清关，并出示有效护照及出发和到达证明。在缺乏必要的文件或收货人未能前往清关的情况下，货物将被视为商业进口型的货物处理，并被征收适当的关税。一般在没有发货人或所需文件的情形下也可清关，但只能限于有关的货物已支付适当的税金( 以货物价格加运费计算)。

DHL informed:Nepal customs has strengthened the personal goods import regulated:Nepali citizens' personal goods entrance Nepal or travel carrying  back to Nepal's goods, the consignee shall visit to the customs clearance, and present valid passport and departure and arrival proof.In the lack of necessary documents or consignee fails to clearance，the goods will be deemed to be the type of cargo handling import business, and was imposed the proper tariffs.Generally in no shipper or required documents situations can also be clearance, but only limited to relevant goods which is already paid the appropriate taxes(With the goods prices and freight).
